My xbox broke so im getting an arcade one since i have a harddrive. i no that ill lose my arcade games by doing this so i dont really care but will i also lose my gold membership or no?

hi im getting a ps3 next week and im getting the bundle with the first Resistance and Motorstorm. I was wondering if a lot of people still play them online or have they moved to the sequels.
