@gaz7391 I play Battlefield 3, The Last of Us, Uncharted 2-3, Borderlands 1-2, Dead Island, Red Dead Redemption, GTA IV and never saw a problem on the online.
And I was a Xbox Live Member at first and played CoD4, GTA IV and Gears and I don't see what's so better on Xbox's side except cross-chat and party invites intergrated in the dashboard.

I'm with you with this, this is unacceptable and you should take action against them. You are simply using the console like it was meant to be use and due to an error of them, you have to pay $100?! Totally unacceptable and outrageous

@gaz7391 At least we had a choice on the 360, having to oblige me to install games on a 320Gb HDD that costs $130 would be ridiculous. My 1Tb costed me less than that.
