I think everyone needs to stop making such a big deal about this. As several people have already said, its just someone trying to get more attention focused on their worthless blog.

So your magika was regenerating before, and now its not? Or is it that you have the birthsign that gives you additional magika but kills your regen? If the birthsign is not the concern, then try loading to a previos point before the problem existed, that has seemed to work for others.

Morrowind, Oblivion (Fallout 3 would have made it on the list if they made it a little longer...maybe have more than 20 or so quests). Ive always been a fan of Elder Scrolls anyway
