I will never fall for another garbage Halo game. Release after release they promise all this great stuff and then your left with complete garbage. You peons can have fun with your butterdick game, Ill be playing Hawken and CS:GO.
My eyes are on Nintendo for next gen simply because it seems Sony and microsoft want to copy Nintendo's tablet controller idea. Sony said they want to make less games, and microsoft is going to focus on kinect stuff while diminishing used games. If Nintendo can launch with really good 1st party titles and give 3rd party developers better support and be backwards compatible then its Nintendo for me. Never had a hardware issue with nintendo. Always had trouble with sony and microsoft. Think of it a Next Gen metroid *droools* Rumors are that Retro studios is working on another metroid. OOOHHH MAAANNN!!!!! Metroid to offset Counterstrike GO and Half Life 3 would be very welcome.
TC I will put it to you straight. You have to do intense STRENGTH CARDIO. Strength cardio is your key to success. I'm around 300 right now but I used to weigh 350 during the summer of last year. Intense Strength cardio work outs and change in your diet are best. Also do some free weights, work out your arms, back, shoulders, and legs. If you have a lot of belly fat I would not recommend crunches as you will only build up muscle underneath that belly fat. For more inspiration I would recommend reading "body for life". its not a fad diet, its more of a way to change your workout habits and eating habits. Also look it up online via youtube or whatever. Prop tip: keep your strength cardio to 20-25 minutes long, as I said they have to be intense. Follow it up with free weights. only take about 30 seconds to 1 minute between each set of reps for free weights, and do the cardio continuously, non stop until you absolutely have to stop. This creates a shock to your body's metabolism and it will burn more calories throughout the day. remember its not about how many calories you burn in the moment of exercise its the amount you burn after. Also after your workout you need to eat within 30 minutes of your workout in order to ensure your body recovers fro the workout. Plenty of lean protein, moderate fat and make sure your carbs come from fruits and green veggies.
I love how elitists on here will even bash their own community for having a weaker PC rig. Aaaanyway, you think your having problems on your pc? dude I'm running an amd 64 x2 6000, 3 gigs of ram, and an onboard Nvida 6100. A seriously weak PC. If I only had a new video card. unfortunately that would require me to upgrade the motherboard, ram and power supply. And considering there are hardly any 939 sockets on newegg or tigerdirect last time I checked (7 months ago) I would probably have to either buy used parts, which is a gamble, or buy a new cpu. I would basically have to build a new PC.
quick time events, no dismemberment, no gibs from izuna drop, no flying swallow, only swords, no rocket ninjas, stupid lame government story. WTF are they doing!! sigh, Never buying this game, only a rent for me. Ninja Gaiden black and Ninja Gaiden 2 are still here for the true hardcore action fans. So much mashing in that game.
