has anyone ever heard a beeping noise from your elite 360? i dont know if its just the elite or not but sometimes every 45 seconds or so a beep will come from the xbox??? anyone know about this?
people bickering over games on here are pathetic. if you enjoy mgs4 , fantastic. You bought it go enjoy it. Just because someone else dosent share your opinion their wrong? Honestly defending games like there your children is sad. Get a life. Personally i dont like mgs4. Its not because i spend more time on 360 then myb ps3 its that i didnt like the game.
If gears two adds enough new features and implements them well enough it should get a GOOD score. Like they might add too much and have the game feeling like its pushing all these features at you eg. Chainsaw duels new executions etc. Gears 1 did it well so if 2 can continue it will be great.
when you unlock a new area you have to find at least one viewpoint in the new area so you can see where other the new ones are. so when youve unlokd a new area look for buildings with eagles circling and try to activate them.
don't know why people are going crazy over this game..... didn't really appeal to me after watching numerous gameplay movies. It's whatever floats your boat though i guess
EDIT: i'm australian too... and i would just like to add (for the millionth time) how bs it is for aussies when buying games.... Americans pay 60usd for brand new games... which is like 68 aus..... and we go and pay like 80-110 for our games

exclusive games are built from the ground up on the PS3. multiplatform games are built from the ground up on the 360 and ported to the PS3 most of the time.
third party companies aren't being cynical and making bad PS3 games on purpose.

Thats exactly it. If you were an xbox owner last generation you would have said the same thing. Multiplat was designed for the ps2 and ported to the box and the first parties looked way better. Hey I quess what goes around comes around! HA
