I'm guessing it's not under warranty any more? I had the same problem with my first one. It steadily got worse and worse until the disc drive would no longer recognize xbox game discs. If your 1 year warranty is still active, send it in. Actually, even if it isn't, give 'em a call, see how much the repair might be.

If not, I'd suggest waiting until September 7, when they're supposed to drop the price of all the models. The newer models that are out now come with the more efficient processors, and I think they come with an HDMI output as well. I don't think any other big changes are coming in the near future.

The line is not so clear to be able to say "make it for real." It's not just playing a real instrument versus a fake one.

Lots of people make music without any tangible musical intruments, millions of songs are made using only a computer. It's still real music.

GH4's editor is just a lower form of it, with more restraints.

I agree with you though, the majority of it will be terrible. On the other hand, you can cound on seeing some really great tracks. Whenever an audience this large is given the opportunity to create, something good is bound to come of it.

I use the rechargeable batteries, I play with one and a have a spare in case I need to change them quickly. Even so they usually last a good 5 days or so (used around 6-8 hours a day).

Doesn't using the play and charge "kit" defeat the purpose of using a wireless controller?

They would have to balance it with something equaly fanboyish in the 360 version, or all of the fanboys would fly into nerd-rage.

All they have to do is throw in the Master Chief and that'd shut 'em up. Actually, now that I think about it, it'd be pretty badass to have an Elite with an energy sword...

Mass Effect, but mostly because I strongly prefer sci-fi settings to fantasy. The graphics and sound were also way better.

However, Oblivion had better level variation and a wider range of action/choice.
