I'd like a backup of all my files so I'm looking to buy a reliable external hard drive. Which brand name should I go for?

Best Buy/Future Shop has Maxtor, Seagate, Comstar and Western Digital (although this one is by far the most expensive) to name a few.

Which brand do you recommend? I've always used Maxtor hard drives and never had any problems, but I haven't built a computer in 3 years so I'm not really sure if they're still as reliable today.
