First off the addition of the junior leagues like the QMJHL and the WHL are a very welcomed addition because of the real players that are actually in the game. Those players are also what makes this version of be a GM even deeper and better as you will have a ton of real life people to choose from and not random generated people to draft. The gameplay is the best sports gameplay to date. No sports game can say they have more realistic authentic gameplay than NHL 11. NFL 2k5 canot and none of the MLB the show games cannot. The physics engine is amazing and makes this already realistic hockey game that much more real. For example. It was late in the 3rd period and the ice was all choppy and my player was on the ice for a long time fatigued and i was taking a sharp turn with him and he just was too exhausted and lost his footing and fell. No 2 hits are rarely alike. The new face off mode is awesome as well now you have like 5 different ways too win a faceoff. The only problem i have suffered is a bit of lag while playing online but its pretty minor stuff. Buy this game it blows nhl 09 and nhl 10 (which were also excellent games) out of the water.
