GTAIII, Vice City rated for PlayStation 3
Entertainment Software Ratings Board listings indicate PlayStation 2 games rereleasing for the PlayStation 3 via PlayStation Network.
While Rockstar Games' upcoming Grand Theft Auto V might have fans focused on the future of the franchise, the next move for the series will have them looking to the past, according to the Entertainment Software Ratings Board.
The ESRB recently published ratings for PlayStation 2 titles Grand Theft Auto III and Grand Theft Auto Vice City for release on the PlayStation 3. The games were not rated for additional platforms.
In October, Sony announced its Only on PSN program, through which PS2 titles see release via the PlayStation Network. Other recent additions to the program include ICO and Shadow of the Colossus.
As of press time, Rockstar had not responded to GameSpot's request for comment.
