Borderlands 2 short film coming this week
Gearbox Software to release film set inside the world of first-person shooter later this week.
A Borderlands 2 short film will release this week, developer Gearbox Software has announced.
The developer announced the news on Twitter, sharing a teaser image (at right) as well.
Gearbox Software marketing manager Adam Fletcher clarified that this project is separate from the student-produced animated short in development at the Academy of Art University.
Production on that film is set to be completed by the end of 2013.
Borderlands 2 has shipped 7 million copies to date. The game will launch for PlayStation Vita in 2014.
