Need for Speed Most Wanted is the best racer I've ever played and is very well known throughout the racing community.

Before Most Wanted, there was the Underground series which made alot of money and had alot of reputation as the best street racing game. Then Most Wanted came out and then the fight came into order. Its a very controversial topic for loyal Need for Speed fans. I personally think Most Wanted is better. Here is why

I got Most Wanted for the Gamecube and it blew my child mind. The speed and pursuits caught my eye and ive loved it ever since. I then got older and loved it even more for its gaming reasons. I still play it whenever I need a little pick me up.

Pros: Great graphics, Great story, Big selection of cars, Huge free roam area, Each area is unique, Pursuits will never get old, Huge variety of customization, Well picked music choices

Cons: Cops can get very cheap, Racers can get difficult to beat, Traffic is annoying when during a race,

Most Wanted is my favorite racing game. It got me into street racing. The sexy girls, the hip hop music the sexy girls dance to, the sweet cars, the feeling of adrenaline rush through you while driving at 200 mph in heavy highway traffic. I love that feeling and I felt that everytime I played Most Wanted. 2005 was a good year for it to come out and it was so popular, it was made in every gaming hardware ever made. Xbox, Gamecube, PS2, Xbox 360, PSP, DS, PC, iPhone! It got alot of popularity and Its on the top 20 most played racing games on the Xbox 360! After 5 years and still famous is amazing to me. I have 130 million bounty, 7 million dollars, and 18 of the 32 cars tuned to the max and no I didnt hack. Its on the bloody Gamecube it cant be hacked. I am very dedicated to this game and it will be in my heart as the dawn of true street racing. Not to say Underground didnt do anything. It introduced hot import tuning and nighttime driving while Most Wanted added in daylight and the police which was the greatest idea ever.

After Most Wanted, things went down. Carbon was Ok but it lost that feeling. It did have sweet cars though. Prostreet was awful, Undercover was a Most Wanted remake (or EA hoped it would be) and failed, Shift was good, World is good, and I really wanna play Nitro. All around, Most Wanted was the last of the once great Need for Speed games and it should be told to every racing fan to play. I recommend this to every racing fan and especially a street racing fan cause you will have the time of your life playing Most Wanted.
