This game is almost perfect. Almost being the key word.
The only issue that I do have with the game is that , the characters are hard to distinguish in power.
If you have every played one of the DBZ games, you would see that one characters, for example Goku super saiyan 4, has a much stronger ultimate that does more damage than weaker character like Krilin for example. But in this game, ultimate moves from weak characters, compared to the strongest characters, seem to do about the same damage and this is kind of disappointing as it really lowers the way the strength, of a powerful character from the manga ,is shown and it feels less satisfying when you pull of the ultimate move of a strong character. Some games in this genre can be button mashers where you are just endlessly mashing buttons on your controller without much thought, but this game actually has more thought involved when attacking or pressing buttons for moves.
This game is also nice in the way that , depending on some fights, the characters can unlock a hidden power if they are low on health and this is good because it allows for intensity in that there is a possibility for a come back from the person on low health.
The difficulty level is adjustable so the difficulty will change from player to player.
I know that you can get countless hours of playtime in even after the storymode is finished because there is also an online mode which can be both for fun and for competition.
Overall , this is a great game and is a must buy for fans of Naruto and newcomers alike.
