This game I believe was originally made for the Saturn and PlayStation. Why it's digital graphics and not the 3D graphics. It's also made by Midway which was the king of digital graphics. But the gameplay plays very smooth and has all the fun of the first mk games 1,2,3& 3 ultimate. So it gives a huge cast of characters, backgrounds and hours upon hours of good clean fun. Any mortal kombat fan would want this gem in their video game collection or mortal kombat collection. Just wish they also made special forces for the 64
