This is the best way to end a legendary fighting game. Armageddon shows off many cool features and game modes that rock!

The whole Mortal Kombat series has been a great success from start, and the finish was great. There are 5 game modes in this game. You will play Kombat. That is where you can either play Arcade mode, play against your friends in Versus, or just Practice. Next game mode is Konquest. Konquest is the story to the game. You will take the role as Taven, son of Argus, and Elder God. You will travel the Earth and Netherrealm looking for your brother, Daegon. Taven and Daegon were both frozen and Daegon was frozen early and was angered and turned evil. You were released and were still younger so Daegon looked and was older. You will be facing all characters and try to take down Daegon and his forces of evil. The last cool game mode is new to the Mortal Kombat world. It is called Motor Kombat. It is a racing mini-game that has 8 characters racing at a course of choic. You can have your friends play, too. Each racer has his/her own ability. Like Bo Rai Cho. His ability is to puck behind himself and make the other racer mass up. Sub-Zero's is to shoot ice and freeze the person he is pointing at. These abilities are only accessable if you run into a yellow star. If you run into a yellow lightning bolt, you'll get a speed boost. All those game modes are indeed worth trying. I have to say that the Konquest mode is the funnest I have played in a Mortal Kombat game. There are other cool modes, but do not involve gameplay. IMPORTANT: To access most modes in the game, you will need to create a profile. The Krypt is a mode where you unlock cool things like Koncept Art, Movies, Costumes, etc... Kreate-A-Fighter is a mode for playing either Arcade, Versus, or Pracice mode. You can make your character look better and have better moves by earning money in Konquest mode. If you want to test your skills, and have no friends with you, try out your skills on Xbox Live. The fighting in this game is great. he firts type of fighting I will talk about is the original side-scrolled fighting. You will only fight like this if it is againt another MK character in the MK universe. You will have Moves List on your pause screen so you will not forget. You will be able to fight with a weapon. In Konquest, you can only fight with a sword that Taven wields. All the characters only have one specific weapons of choice. Raiden has his Staff and Baraka has his claw things. You will have trouble moving around on certain areas, but it will be easy after you learn to rotate your character. You can also use the surronding near you. Like if there is a pit of lava off to the side, you will be able to punch/kick your opponent into that and win the round or match. Fatalities are optional. You can choose to do your totaly awesome fatality, or you can just use one basic move and go on. The second type of fighting in the traveling fre camera type. That is were you will be fight multiple amounts of weak enemies instead of 1 challenging character. You will have a blast accessing your cool moves. There are four moves, and each are access with there assigned buttons [A, B, Y, X(Xbox )] Ground Pound, Fire Ball, Transport, and Time Freeze. They each have good purposes so use them well. You can have tons and tons of fun using the fatalities. You will go from snapping the guys neck, you uppercutting his head off his shoulders.

A thing I would recommend is to fix the Motor Kombat mode. You will have fun, no doubt, but there should be more deadlier moves like when your close to a vehicle, hi-jack it or find a way to kill that certain guy/girl. Well, Mortal Kombat: Armageddon brought delight to me and millions of other gamers. This is a must own game for Mortal Kombat addicts and at least give it a try because it is a memorable game no doubt.
