When i went to my local game shop i found this game on sale for 3$, so i thought "Hm, i like monster rancher why not give it a try?" i did. Honestly, above all this game is just very time consuming and annoying. I wish i could say its an awsome game but its not. It took me almost 4 hours to learn the most basic battle controls and once i did, i had learned all there was to learn. It lacks depth badly. The storyline is ok i guess, it doesnt have that "Make You Cry" effect or "Make You Want To Kill Somebody In Game" all it gave me was the feeling of "How much does this sell on Ebay?" The sound effects are lame and boring and dont include alot fo sounds at all. The music in the game is repetitive and very dull. But if you can get past the faults inside is a game that couldve been legendary. I beat this game through forcing myself to endure extreme boredom, repetitive battles, and some immensly difficult battles. After all that work all i got in return was even more work because now i wanted to get this game sold ASAP. It just doesnt cut it all, what-so-ever. Its just a hopeless flop, if you want to play a card game with monsters and some depth go play Yu-Gi-Oh. I expected alot more and it didnt deliver.
