Mischief Makers is an action/platformer that introduces some really cool concepts. It has unique gameplay that not many other games have thought of. Although it seems like this game is underrated, it's quite good and is really fun. Mischief Makers will make most players want to play it a lot, and still enjoy it just as much. The gameplay of MM is basically a platformer, but the main character can grab objects, enemies, and many other things to beat levels. You will find yourself picking up missiles and throwing them at bosses, making giant monsters punch themselves, and even throwing enemies at different things to solve puzzles. Each level introduces something new each time, and all the boss fights are amazingly exciting and fun to fight. MM has anime styled 2D graphics, but the animations are very smooth and make it look like your playing a TV show. The visual effects that are used, constantly bright up and boost the quality of the scenery as well as the characters and objects in them. Sound is okay, but nothing to get excited about. Characters make good gestures and expressions, but otherwise you'll end up hearing the same things being used over and over. The music doesn't get annoying, but you'll never end up really impressed by a certain tune. Overall, MM is a fun adventure that will leave you wanting more, and the game is easy to jump about... helping those who desire some replay value.
