Fun! Great, accurate renditions and locales of Los Angeles. I can see my work and apartment building!
I wanted a fun, open world racer with motorcycles - all the better that the game takes place in Los Angeles, my current city of residence. It's awesome seeing accurate geographic locales and renditions of the city. Third Street Promenade, LA Live, Westwood, Century City, and Beverly Hills are all present!
Some of the races are hard, but with the right vehicle and powerups, manageable. I wish there were more than four motorcycles though. I feel like Midnight Club 2: Dub Edition on original XBOX had more.
It's a great departure from Forza (which I've been playing a lot of lately.) It's so much fun to sling your bike or car around a turn, blast opponents out of the way with ROAR, and then turbo forward at brakeneck speeds!
