RiDiNG ShOtGUN's ratings (note: this is mainly for those already familiar with the MC series)
the gameplay remans the same, all the special abilities and crazy arcade gameplay that is the MC series is all here and is just as good. the remix comes with 20 more cars and a new city, tokyo. tokyo is a seperate campaign in itself but beginners should go through the original campaign than go straight to tokyo. what i did dislike highly about the game is that you have to buy the same parts over and over for each car. it's a pain in the ass.
the graphics are exactly the same except the framerate has been smoothed out a little more.
all the cars sound powerful and the crashing, the traffic all sound appropriate. the only thing bad is the one voice acting, this mexican guy that helps you out. it's not Bad but its mostly a stereotypical attempt.
the campagin clocks in a around 20 hours plus thers whole bunch of optional races and tournaments available in the cities.
some people might be turned off due to the extremely aracadey gameplay but for those who dont mind, this is a great game with a bunch of cars and even more ways to trick em out in all kinds of ways.
