Non stop thrill ride with twists at every corner. Amazing storline with great voice acting!! Solid Snake all the way!!!!

I am playing through MGS, MGS2, and MGS3 in preparation for MGS4 and I just finished MGS. It is something for me to say that out of my entire collection of PS3 games, even with the terrible graphics and mediocre d pad controls, this is one of, if not the favorite game I own. The storyline is absolutely amazing, the stealth, combat, boss battles, voice acting, and plot twists make Metal Gear Solid a non stop thrill ride that is fitting for any player. If you have never played a MGS game before this would be a darn good one to start with. It is fantastic!!!
Graphics:
Well it is a PS game so what do you really expect. They don't detract from the gameplay at all.
Sound:
Fantastic, no if ands or buts about it. Voices are great, detailed, and animated.
Gameplay:
Using the D pad isn't all that great, but you quickly get used to it and after that this game is fantastic!! Every aspect is great!!!
