Mazes of fate DS

Mazes of fate DS, can bring good RPG-elements if thats what you want. When I started to play this game, I felt something I had'nt felt for quite some time. This game is not an easy one, and I dont think this game is for casual RPG gamers. The game features a map on which several cities and villages are to be found. You can walk 2D style in these cities, you can for example go in the tavern, and you then see a screen with some people on it, and you can talk with them just by touching them with your stylus. It isnt very outstanding, but it gives the RPG atmosphere. However, most of the time you play, you will be in dungeons or keeps. These are in excellent 3D graphics, and you move in 1st person style. You dont see your weapon, which is too bad, but the fighting is satisfying. As you travel you can gain companions/partymembers these come in handy, since theyre fun to customize and you'll surely need them in combat. There are fun quests too, but sometimes you have a vague description of your quest and you dont know what to do, but eventually you'll find out. The dungeons look nice and the RPG-element is well done too. Mazes of Fate is a real dungeon-crawler, if you get frustrated of dungeons, dont buy this game, its made of dungeons. Luckily most of the times you'll find your way, but sometimes you cant and you can be stuck for a moment. But I have never been stuck for long.

Why you should like this game:

- Great 3D graphics
- Good roleplay and lots of weapons
- If you like dungeons, this ones for you

Why you shouldn't like this game:

- Quests are unclear
- You cant see your weapons or companions
- If you dont like dungeons, this game will drive you mad
