It fails so many ways I want to cry.
Let's face it; this game is not what it meant to be.
You could ask; ok, but why does it fail? What is so bad about it?
Well, the answer lies in front of you. Remember the first two games noire feeling? The comic bookish plot? The fantastic gameplay?
Now, you can kiss all of them good bye, cuz this third installment gives you monotone, boring gameplay, hordes of enemies, a really really really few painkillers and a plot we saw thousand of times in bad/good action movies.
Actually this game such a disappointment in almost every way I can think of. I got bored during playing this. The maps are almost identical, sometimes its jungle, sometimes its the slum. Sometimes you get to play flashbacks. But than again, all of these just wont add up. And thats because there is no mystery. At all. No scary nightmares, child crying, drama, nothing. Just shooting like you were Serious Sam. Actually, I've found the game so hard, I had to cheat.
Alright, to mention a few good as well, the graphics is nice. Altough you can enjoy it to its fullest if you got a 3000$ pc, cuz rockstar didnt care about optimization.

-boring, repetitive, cliché gameplay
-even playing on 'easy', its friggin hard
-really really few painkillers
-endless shooting
-no mystery, supernatural elements

-graphics
-bullet time
-sometimes its exciting
