Mario party lives up to its name as a party game. And it dazzles with great minigames and fantastic multiplayer.

Ahhhhhhhhhhh Mario party. Good times good times. Anyway. Mario party can be played alone and be pretty fun. BUT! Play it with a whole lot of your friends over and its a party (no pun intended). Hudson games creates the beginning of a fun party series that involves all of mario's compadres and friends including Luigi, Peach,yoshi,Wario, and even Dk. You progress through this game by collecting stars in the game by winning at board game challenges. You can also collect coins this way and by doing this you can obtain items that could unlock on an occasion, new boards and sometimes could multiply or add to your coins everytime you win. But all in all Mario party is literally a party game, and while it could be played alone, it is with a group of people playing is when it gets real fun. The hard part about this game is collecting 100 stars to unlock the final stage and to complete the game. Because this takes a looooong time.
