This was well worth the 5 years we had to wait for it. This is a great game to play with up to three of your friends!!!!

User Rating: 9.5 | Mario Party 9 WII
Story Mode: Nothing too special, you just play each of the boards collecting mini stars and reaching the boss at the end. You don't have to win to get to the next board, just Shy Guy and Magikoopa (Kamek) cannot win.

Party Mode: This is the best thing about the party and what will make you want to come back to it time and time again. You and up to three of your friends all ride in one vehicle and make your way to the end collecting mini stars on the way. Even if you are riding in the same vehicle you can still mess up the other players' games with different dice you get. There's the 0-1 dice that allows you to a roll a 0 or 1 which you can use if there's something bad right in front of you and you want another player to suffer the consequences of it instead of you. A 1-2-3 dice block which is good if you want to roll a small number to avoid the Mini Ztars as they will take away from your score, a 4-5-6 dice block which makes it so you're guaranteed to get a high number, a 1-10 dice block which is the most rare dice block of them all and it allows you to roll any number between 1 and 10 and a slow dice block which is the most useful dice block as it will allow you to roll any number you want between 1 and 6. Other differences in this one is you need to land on a Minigame Space (either VS Space, 1 vs 2 or 3 space, or Bowser Jr. minigame space) so there are no more playing minigames after each player has their turn and you don't have to play with 4 people you can also play with only 2 or 3 people as well.

Minigame Mode: Is a great way to play any of the minigames that's in the game and there are different modes you can play them in which all have their own rules and are great to play.

Extras Mode: This mainly consist of 4 extra minigames. They are great with my favourite being Shell Soccer but I went to this mode the least amount of times.

Museum: You can use Party Points you've gathered to buy stuff like constellations, new vehicles for the boards, music, an unlockable board, COM Master Difficulty, Boss Rush Mode, etc.
