Marty Party 5 is a good party game for the GC, but is a lot like the previous Mario Parties.

Mario Party 5 is a great addition to the MP series. It could've added more stuff, unfortunatley it didn't making it just another MP game. Still, it is quite good and a good game to play if you have friends to play this with.

The boards are more developed. I also like the addition of the capsules, adding more luck and chance to the game.

The music is quite a bit more "happy". The sounds are the same old school Mario sounds.

The gameplay is fun with buddies and boring alone. Who plays multiplayer games alone anyways?

Overall this is a good addition to the series. Although, you should only pick it up if you have a lot of friends. Otherwise, only good for a rental.
