I recently bought MLB 2k9 after the price dropped to 14 bucks on Steam. I played the demo and noticed a few flaws, such as some animations were a little off at times, and sometimes the players moved a little funky. After purchasing the game, I started to really enjoy the features of this game. The commentary is outstanding and a lot of fun to just listen to what the announcers have to say. The player signature moves are pretty accurate. From Puijols game winning home run and his "yeah I know I just slammed a home run" animation, to the look and feel of all the other players. I'll definitely enjoy playing this game for quite some time to come. I did notice however, that sometimes the players react in weird ways to plays, but thats the only thing I can think of that really stands out as a con. It was a great buy, and I would highly recommend it to anybody thats looking for a MLB game for the PC. If you have a PS3 or XBOX 360, I would most likely go buy another game.
