2k6 is better than 2k3,4,5,7, or 8. plain and simple. it moves at a decent pace. the pitching is actually fun. sometimes i prefer when im pitching instead of batting. that is rare in baseball video games. once you get used to the fielding, it becomes pretty easy also. but it does take some time to get used to. so theyve got the licence for mlb, ev en tho you can still the show, but i personally cant stand the show. it is too boring. 2k baseball is my choice. and 2k6 is the best of all the 2k baseball titles. once you own 2k6, dont bother buying 2k7 or 2k8, because they are the same game , only with a bunch of added annoying glitches.2k6 runs smoothly for the most part, has plenty of play modes. a decent franchise mode, and is an en joyable baseball game. i think i am the most critical baseball video gamer around. i have owned everything from baseball simulator 1.000 for the O.G. NES to sega genesis baseball games, ps1,ps2,xbox all of them . you name it, ive played it. so trust me when I say that this game is good. and i dont waqnna hear those EA pansies whining about how this isnt MVP. because its not. its mlb 2k6.
