Incredibly dissapointing.
This game is so stylish. Everything is in black and white and the only colour is red. The red of the blood, of course. The story is some stupid modern day gladiator drivel and is pretty much just an excuse for maximum violence which is alright on my part.
You are probably asking yourself why I would not like this game after praising its presentation so much. Well, I'll tell you.
You have a chainsaw. You can pick up signs and tires and you can throw people. That... is it.
The game has no depth... it's just boring. Watching the same finisher over and over again or shoving the same sign through a guy's head over and over is no fun. It's repetitive and stupid. I was expecting a deep combat system like something you would find in Ninja Gaiden Black, DMC3, or the impressive Bayonetta that would simply let you implement these options of death into it. That's not the case... you swing the Wii mote to swing your chainsaw and you throw people into garbage cans. That's just all you do for the whole game. It's incredibly easy and the game basically holds your hand and tells you what to do throughout the whole way. This game is not what I was expecting at all. It's just a boring gimmick.
If you like boring gimmicks with lots of gore you should just go watch films like Faces of Death. Don't waste your time playing this... stupid games like this are what gives the Nintendo Wii (and video games in general) a bad name. LAME.
1/10 because 1 is the number of boners I didn't have while playing this.
