I do agree that not having franchise is a shocker. But...Pick Coach mode and its very addicting. Plus this years Madden plays and looks amazing. The fun factor is through the roof. I am personally very happy with the changes in the game. I did not utilize franchise to it's full potential last year so i'm not all bummed out. But players are speaking up and hopefully EA will listen and fix that problem for the en mass gamers. But for a very fun and addicting game of football it plays amazing and the career structure has me addicted. The commentary is leaps and bounds above that horrific mouth breather from last year. The replays are the best yet and there are many!!!!...if you get tired of them push the A button and you can skip them. The physics are top notch and the best I have seen in a football game yet. IGN nailed the review in my opinion. So if your wondering about a fun and different Madden experience try it out. But the gamers who have a beef with the franchise mode being different again have a legit one. THERE is still a FRANCHISE MODE!!!!!...it's just different. The whole game is different luckily for the better. Look at last years gamer reveiws and most bash the series every year. If you play against friends, online, and want a fun and different single player experience go buy it you won't regret it.
