Madden 2011 is a better overall experiance from last year's game.
Gus Johnson adds new life to the commentary and finally makes it worth listing too, Sound effects are still too repetative, and the soundtrack is a lot better then what it was in previous games.

Not really a huge step of improvement then last year's game but its quite a bit better looking overall.
Playability: 8/10
The addition of Gameflow is great because it adds a new level of quickness to the game and saves us of the problem of searching the playbook for plays. Still the same solid gameplay from the previous game with no real noticeable improvement.
Delivery: 6/10
Ultimate Team was a huge waste of time for me and it seems to me that all this time and effort could have been put into the other game modes to make them better. Once again Superstar and Franchise mode get no attention, It seems that they focus on 1 particular thing and ignore everything else.
Achievements: 8/10
The easiest achievements in a Madden game so far, A quick 1000 GS in a couple hours of game is well worth gunning for.
Overall: 7.5/10
An improvement in certain places while others recieve nothing, This seems to be a constant in the Madden series.
