This is and awesome game but it has it's disadvantages.

this game is a fun game if you like huge bosses, massive gameplay, good story line, and cool mecha suits you use. To me it's like Metal Gear Solid in a way ( and I mean in a good way). This game is fun but some problems are you can't run and that is a problem when your online because then people can kill you easily, and in Lost Planet 2 you can customize your character! I wish you could've done that in this game, and the game gets a little to hard and boring at times but it's all worth it because not every game is perfect. If you really like games like this you will get addicted at times and never quit but not just because of addiction it's because the game saves at the end of a mission or the last checkpoint so you have to keep trying to get to the checkpoints(at least that's what I did). I did say the game gets hard at times but thats because sometimes you run out of V.S.(Vital Suit or like I said mecha suit) energy because your character has a harmonizer which goes down on thermal energy but in Lost Planet 2(once it comes out you can not only customize your character but your harmonizer doesn't run down if you don't get hit and you can heal other people with it! So all in all this is a great game and I say you should get it.
