Actually one of the worst 'real' kirby games, but still a kirby game.

Kirby goes 3D...

well, sort of.

He looks uglier on N64 than on his 2D adventures,
and he can still move in only two directions...

Ah well,
the powers are what count.

The powers save this game from grace,
the combo system is very entertaining to use & experiment with.

However, the enemies all fall too easy, even the bosses. You will blow through the game like a single sheet paper handkerchief.
The music will induce the urge to commit suicide.
The most difficult thing about the game is looking at it, despite the -oh-so-bright- colors.

Except for kirby and some bosses, the characters are not memorable at all - most of the levels aren't memorable either, and it would get boring before the end if it wasn't for all the powers.

But still, gameplay is fun.
If you're not up to a challenge, and just want to speed through a little game, it might be worth picking up.
