Its a glorified card battle game...

But still utterly amazing for a handheld game. You play as the spikey haired emo-punk wannabe, Sora, who hangs out with pantless ducks and other slightly off-putting Disney characters.

Ok, I love this game. It is fun. Long. Deep RPG elements (deeper than KH for PS2, IMO). But when it comes down to it is hours of hack and slash nonsense.

Which is fun...

For a while. If you're like me you want to beat 100% of the game, to get the good endings. That means beating the whole game as Sora, with Donald and Goofy, and then all over again with his bastard of a friend Rikku and Mickey.

But on to the good:

There is tons to collect and do. This game is gonna keep you busy for a while. 2 huge single player modes, and even multiplayer. Both single player modes took me almost 100 hours to beat, combined. All the disney and sqaure locales are here. For a Sqaure fan, I can't think of a better game. For a Nintendo fan, this is your only shot at ever seeing FFVII's Cloud Strife on a Nintendo platform. There is tons to love about this game. Suprisingly rich RPG and story elements for a handheld, and other cool things. It is highly reccomendable, and is necessary to understand Kingdom Hearts 2. So, if you've got a GBA/DS, and you like Sqaure games, get this. You won't be dissapointed.
