I saw the graphics and some parts of the gameplay and thought.. i gotta get this game. The propsect of actually hiding and coming out to shoot was ideal considering i had enough of simple runnin 'n gunnin FPS. Never did i believe this coud be a Halo beater. So when the release date came, i took my £30 and payed it with high hopes of kickin some serious butt. I loaded it in the my PS2 as you do and thought wow, the introduction was great, and the firs couple of levels were amazing with a really good atmostphere. However after the fifth or so leve, i found my self wanting to get thorough this game quickly as it was extremly linear. While the graphics are pretty sweet. The AI is a little less impresive, despite the fact that they do hide and warn other AI agents of incoming attacks especialy grenades. This is pretty much all they do, and is defently not on the scale of Counter-Strike or any other major game AI release. There is pretty much no replay value as you are not rewarded anything for your troubles, but you can play it on higher dificulty settings which isnt bad as it demands that you hide more and think alot better which is a good thing. But that is all there is. The controls on the other hand feel heavy and find yourself running out of stamina after a brief sprint which doesnt feel that realistic considering you playing as a solider who should be able to sprint more than 10 seconds. But it does provide some strategy which again is welcomed.

The multiplayer i found was rather iteresting, i havnt played it online but with my brother and hence the ajority of the playing hours. Majority of the level layouts in multi-player are fun to mess around with, and cosidering my weapon of choice is the sniper rilfe (one shot kills not matter where you hit th target) is gratifying, especially blowing up someone with a rocket launcher, but it sufers from major lag and otains some serious bugs, which render the experience to the hardcore
