One of the best Dreamcast games i've ever played. I wish the Dreamcast was still alive because of how great this is.

Gameplay: This is an extreme skating game. You skate around in a cartoony Tokyo called Tokyo-To. You do more then just skate and do tricks, you also spray graffiti. You can choose any type of graffiti you want to spray. There’s alot to do in this game. You complete several levels in this game to spray graffiti, and avoiding the cops once you finish the story, you can play it over and over again! Plus, you can do trials to get the best scores in skating tricks, spraying in graffiti, and the time you take to finish everything. This game is just amazing. Graphics: Back in 2000, these graphics were astounding. Mainly because this was the first game to program graphics in cel shadded form. And back then, they were colorful and well detailed for the Dreamcast. It's still a good looking game today. The game runs at a solid speed, though it does slow down in some action-packed areas, which can be annoying. Sound: One of the best songs on the Dreamcast is found in this game. Most of the songs have a nice mix of techno, rap, and hip hop. I love 60% of the game's soundtrack. It's always so upbeat and catchy. The sound effects and voices are done well here too. Conclusion: This game will appeal all types of action packed game fans. The Dreamcast wouldn't have been considered that cool without this game. If you still have a Dreamcast, or gonna get one, pick this game up for Sega's sake. The game may not have some other functions, such as Multiplayer mode. But even without it, the game still pulls gamers in a radical world of art.
