Graphics: They aren't terrible, they could be a lot worse. You can see the pixels in the water, so it's quite ugly.
Gameplay: Hard to explain. It's a quite slow gameplay. Something happens like half a second after you press the button. Also when you hop into the air, sometimes when you want it to work, it doesn't. But when you check to see whether it's working, you go superbly high! Also boost is annoying. You only in total on the guage get 18 seconds of boost which is pitiful gameplay. Also, 13 boats and 13 tracks isn't bad for nintendo 64. But still not a hell of a lot.
Difficulty. I'll cut this came some slack in this catagory. You can try 100's of times and get nowhere. Although it is TOO hard, it's a challenge for gamers everywhere. Although sometimes the pack deletes your game file once you've completed it.
Sound: This games sound is so annoying! The commenter is above everything else, and you can't hear the track music for the sound effects. If you turn them down, it's too obvious. It's one huge circle of annoyence.
This game didn't seem to get my racing side firing. It's a mediocre game, which lacks what a game should have.
