One of the best in the series!
The song selection is really awesome there are a ton of amazing songs, my personal favorite Dragonforce song is Fury of the Storm and was happy they put it in this game! Song selection was almost on par with GH3 which had probably the best setlist of all the games in the series. The 7 song Rush set was pretty unique much like the set of Megadeath songs that were pretty damn hard I would say!
I thought the gameplay was unique with the special feature like doubling stars and multiplying rock star power, it made the game pretty fun when you could get 40 stars in a song and rock star X36! The idea of recruiting rockstars was unique and nothing like the other games, you had to earn your rockstars instead of just picking who you wanted to play.
I did not like the lengthy talking and video sessions that you couldnt skip through. Also once you get to the final set, you have to go back and reply the songs from the beginning to get the full 40 stars to complete the rockstars you already earned. That made me eventually just turn the game off as I didnt want to have to go throuhg and replay EVERYTHING again just to get to the 40 stars and earn the 100% rating. WOuld have been better if they just kept going and had more songs to play. Had it not been for that, this game would have had an additional 20 songs and been a perfect score!
P.S. Judy Nails looks great in the evil warrior form!
