Goldeneye 007: Simply the greatest game ever created in history. This was Rare's taking a pure lump of coal, crushing it with the weight of 1000 worlds, and making the finest, densest diamond ever! When it came out, I was in 7th grade, and I remember paying another student $90 for it because I couldn't get it because it was sold out everywhere. Now, if I still couldn't get it, and it was sold out everywhere, I'd still pay the $90. Goldeneye was a great and innovative game. It was the first really great FPS since Doom. It incorporated many aspects of Bond (from the Golden Gun to Jaws) into the game, bringing back some true classics. It had perfect controls, and Rare's outstanding lighting skills at the time. The game has many levels, all fun. Big arsenal of guns and other weapons. The best multiplayer at the time (I've personally logged about 300 hours in that multiplayer), including a huge range of characters. And secret conspiracies (mostly about the island in the Dam level) make this game truly exciting. This game is a huge must have for any fans of any kind of game. Definitely worth picking up for under $15.
