Ooooooohhh, shiny.
All 60 levels in Geometry Wars: Galaxies are bursting with colorful enemy projectiles (don't get hit!), and blood pumping action. Each level has a certain goal or enemies you have to accomplish, or defeat to collect geoms- which is currency in the game- to unlock more galaxies and planets (levels). You can skip any level you can't do, and you can always go back to previous levels to level-up your probe (which can be very useful in further levels). However, I did find some of the levels a bit tedious, and a lot of times I wished there were at least some boss battles.
Geometry Wars: Galaxies, either way you look at it, is still a very fun and challenging arcadey game on the go. And if you can get Wi-fi, you can post your top-scores on the leaderboards to see if your really are the best of the best. Add the original Geometry Wars: retro evolved to the mix, and I can see a person playing this game for a loooooong time.
