Un juego que pudo haber sido mas

Directamente quería que toda la maraña de características relacionadas con las versiones clásicas de Civilization estuvieran presentes en el juego, no halle muchas de las que hacen esta saga d... Read Full Review

Your time is better spent in Civilization 5. Disappointing...

If Civilization 5 didn't exist... i could be a bit easier on this game... since it would at least be unique. But it does some of what Civ 5 does but all less interesting and less fun. The leaders are boring and so few... Read Full Review

Great fun, beautiful, but little longevity

A beautiful, creative addition to the Sid Meier genre, but clearly incomplete. I immersed myself in it completely over the last month and just recently completed the last of the 64 achievements. It will take the upcom... Read Full Review

nice entry but needs some fixes to be enjoyable

Civilization: Beyond Earth has a lot of great features. The virtues and tech tree are well done and the game is interesting and engaging for Civ fans like myself while presenting a new setting. It's come a long way fr... Read Full Review

    Meh

Really not impressed so far. It feels like a mediocre mod of Civ V and should be named "Civilization BARELY Beyond Earth". The game all takes place on one planet with some alien features and alien life, not at all what ... Read Full Review

    One of brands worst

This game is really just not good. Civ5 is SO much better. I was expecting a Civ5 like experience, this game tried to do too much. However it didn't do any of it well. Being a long time player of Sid Myers branded ga... Read Full Review

Should be marketed as a simulator

The biggest problem is that the game is simply not a strategy game. No strategy is involved even when playing on the highest difficulty. The new features in the game is enough to have a few hours of fun as a simulator or... Read Full Review

Where's Brian Reynolds When You Need Him? (or, Alpha Centauri Fans Beware!)

Remember how Alpha Centauri melded a fantastic sci-fi plot into the complex TBS paradigm of Civilization and advertised (rightfully) tens of thousands of possible different units, thanks to its unique (to this day) break... Read Full Review

    Crackers Don't Matter

Although I messed up my name here a long time ago on Gamespot, that does not necessarily mean that Beyond Earth is the same as Civ V (and it is not on the same ol' Earth) or that is that much worse than Alpha Centauri (p... Read Full Review
