This is a beautiful game but was frustrating to learn, and that ultimately negated any enjoyability I got out of it.
I am a huge baseball fan, and love to try every game that comes out, and I have qualms with them all I'll admit. I get frustrated easily with learning controls and even when I'm familiar with controls finally, by that po... Read Full Review

This game has a wealth of extra features and customization. It's too bad the core gameplay is utterly broken.
When I saw MLB 2k8 for the PSP for $5, IN 2008, that should have clued me in to something. But I was looking for something to kill many many commuting hours, and I figured a baseball game would do the trick. And to be ... Read Full Review

I should have known that 2k would have another horrible baseball game. The show is still the best baseball game to date.
Okay this game was disastrous as i can't believe i spent 60 bucks on this when i wish i wouldn't have even payed a cent for it. Here's my opinion the show is ALOT better plain and simple. MLB 2k8 first thing that's wron... Read Full Review

Let' start with the problems. The Graphics are really horrible. They have very little detail from most of the ball parks, and the camera views are very limited. The game play is poor! The batting gets better with... Read Full Review

I'm gonna say this game is totally broken. MLB 2k6 didn't do it for me, had lag problems and I didn't like the S'Stick
MLB 2k7 was fun, but it felt as if you were fouling so much. It was a fun game while it lasted, but my point is that 2k7 wasn't completed neither. I remember getting to the playoffs, winning the Series and wanting to sta... Read Full Review

Better baseball sim for the wii
Graphics: The graphics are good for a wii game. Gameplay: The gameplay is cool, but I think they could have used the wii remote better. All you have to do is shake the wii remote any way to bat and when hit the ball... Read Full Review

Despite a few quirks, a very good baseball experience.
With the exception of a few quirks here and there, MLB 2K8 is actually a pretty solid baseball experience, and it's the best all-around baseball game available for the Wii. Graphics - The graphics on this game aren't ... Read Full Review

A really disappointing game which is not close to being worth its price!
After loving MLB 2k7 I was extremely upset to find that, after buying the game as soon as it was released, it was far worse than its predecessor. When I started the game I was pretty impressed with the by the player stat... Read Full Review
