When starting a new game, enter profile name as C-EASY to make your opponents slower.

Drive Any Car

This cheat will let you drive any car in your garage that is locked. Go to your garage and pick the car you want. Then take out your controler and put it back in. Then press triangle and you should be driveing the car you want. Note: If you pimp this car and put it back into your garage then all the pimping will be gone.
