An arcade classic that's let down by the rather short campaign.
If I remeber anything about Golden Axe, I remember it being a bit longer than this re-creation. Of course that was the Sega Genesis version and not this port of the arcade version. So I am a bit let down by its short (ro... Read Full Review

The age of the Genesis may have come and gone, but Golden Axe displays what made it so appealing.
General platform/adventure games are so plentiful, it's hard to tell which ones are worth playing, and which ones are just plain garbage. Golden Axe is one of those games but it's definitely in the worth playing column.... Read Full Review

An arcade classive, but it’s not as enjoyable as it was 18 years ago.
Golden Axe was one of the first beat em ups ever released in Arcades. While its a classive, the game isn't an arcade perfect port and is extremely outdated. The background music is classive and still holds well, but ... Read Full Review
