    Either at the title screen or at the pause menu. Title Screen: When you enter the game, either click load game or new game. Load Game: When it takes you to the save slots, click on one and go to extras.Then, click cheats. It will show you where to type them in. Pause Menu: During the game, you can pause the game. When you do, go to cheats. It will show you where to type them in.
