Breath of Fire III Cheats For PlayStation

  1. Change names

    Go to the fairy village and make a casino with three fairies, then go talk to the third fairy in the room and she will allow you to change the names of any of your party members or fairies.

  2. Continue after The End.

    If you wait until the credits are done completely you will see a picture that reads ''Fin''. Wait at that screen and keep pressing Start. The screen will fade away. You will be asked to save. You can now continue after beating the final boss.

  3. Control the Kaiser

    To be able to control the Kaiser, add the Failure gene to the Infinity gene when transforming into a dragon.

  4. Control Kaiser form, full power

    To control the kaiser form with out sacrificing power by using the failure gene, simply use these three genes: "Infinity", "Radiance", "Trance". It does not matter which order you choose, as long as it is those 3 genes.

  5. Life Shard Farming Location

    By the time you reach the adolescent stage of the game, get Rei and Momo and return to the Tower where you first recruited her, get to the room near the save point/beds (Large room at the top of the stairs with a door and a hallway that continues on). There are several required skills to make this trick work: Charm (Raises chances of acquiring items) and Steal (Steal doesn't damage like Pilfer does), Rei and Momo learn Speed as they level up which is why they are needed for this. The Ice Toads are the ones carrying the Life Shards. It also helps if you have extra Rings of Ice as their ice breath can heal your party members.

    At the start of the fight, cast Charm, then speed 2 times on the person with steal and then use Steal on the Ice Toads. If you do not have Rings of Ice, the room nearby can provide healing. If you are lucky, you can nab 2 shards in one fight if you get the right cluster of enemies.
