When you get right down to it, reviews are just really well thought out opinions. Now I'm well aware that some people out there love the menu driven management and breeding stratgies that are inherant to the Gallop Racing series. I respect people that take that point of view, I just don't share it. For me the the outdated graphics, the elevator music, and endless scrolling through numbers and words just don't do it for me. The new Theme Park mode tries to supply whats fun about horse racing, but fails to offer even the most simple understanding on how to get started and win. With the races, there weren't very many games that made me feel less like I was a part of the interactive experience. If your already a fan of the series, there is nothing here to keep you from enjoying it. If your not a fan, just stay far, far, away.
