Wow, Microsoft has allot of people by the ballzs, it's so wierd seeing such a gathering of people for an online video game service. Oh yea, I'm kinda included with you all :) I miss one shotting people in Gears 2...anyways, back to watching HBO.

should be up in 20 minutes if its true about the whole less than 24 hours announcement. I spent my morning today trying to figure out what was wrong with my MTU settings because I didnt get the message, so i'll be pretty excited to play some CoD: WAW tonight.

Iv'e been browsing dramatica online, it's really over the top in everything. Especially B0xxy but there's no need for that to be talked about, lets just hope we can get on in a matter of minutes. I will wait half-hour after the 24 hour period and if it's not up, I'm going to bed.

I'm in the UK and have just been able to sign in first attempt. I get a few error codes when trying to access Marketplace content, but I can see other people in the UK online on my friends list - Splinter Cell, COD WaW, Burnout Paradise, as well as people in party chat

I had no issues with any updates nor has my friends. They also had a down day last year for NXE but I don't recall if it was 24hrs.

I haven't had problems either but I've heard of people having problems, I think he got a good point.

Well, to everyone's questions about why it is gradual, there are different stations basically dividing each continent and country. United states for example, there are 3 stations for the east coast, 3 for the central, and 3 for the west coast (about, there maybe more). So they need to take their time booting up those stations because the servers are HUGE im talking maybe 2 supercomputers per station, so it probably will be gradual.

I live in the UK, and was able to sign "TestiestToaster" in on the first attempt, and create a new profile for my friend. That was about 11:30. I managed to go one day without Xbox Live without any hair loss, or chewed nails, I always have DVD's to watch, and so should anybody who couldn't go one day. Surely at least one show you watch has at least one series on DVD for these occasions. Just boggles my mind sometimes at how people react in that way.
