What's the first game you ever played on Xbox Live?

And how was your first online experience?

The first game I ever played on Xbox Live was Ghost Recon 2 in 2004 with the original Xbox. It was my most played game during that time. My first online experience was quite fun. I've been gaming online ever since, well besides taking a couple years off of gaming.

How I loved that game months ago. Played it everyday to blow off steam after work. But then Bad Company 2 arrived. And that changed everything.

Lost planet in 2009 first time I played online on a console and it was amazing to me.

Halo 3 was my first game I ever played online. When I went to buy my Xbox 360 it was the first game I bought.

Actually, I should say it like, when I went to buy Halo 3 I had to buy an Xbox 360 to play it :)

Halo two...

month after halo one was out i got xbox just for halo one. then it broke because i dropped down the stairs lol. then halo two came out the halo 2 limited edition.

then when halo 3 came out i bought a 360

i played lost planet online and for all the japanese people that played, it wasn't laggy at all and it was fun.

MW2 actually. I bought the bundle with MW2 and an Xbox with a custom skin. As a sidenote, I totally cast MW2 aside for a while when BC2 came out. Now I play both regularly :)

Gears of War 2 was my first. Didn't have broadband at my house so I brought my Xbox to my sister's apartment. At the time it was the best thing that ever happened to me. PLayed all night and into the morning

I don't really know. I've had Live since it was launched back in '02. I would say either Ghost Recon or Unreal Championship. Does anyone know what game(s) was the first to use Live?

The online community was terrible so I had a rocky start.

Halo 2. It was very fun.

First game I ever played on LIVE Multiplayer was was Modern Warfare 2, being as I've only had an Xbox for a little less than a year now... the first, and by far the greatest, although I don't quite know how it will fare against Black Ops... other good games for Multi I've played are Borderlands, L4D2, (also played and beaten the first one) and HALO is okay, I'm just not THAT into the franchise is all...

Gears of War. Still play it regularly.

Unreal Tournament 3, back when they had DEDICATED SERVERS!

The community was great, and I got into the top 100 at Deathmatch. Then the servers went offline, and the community pretty much left. I'm yet to find a FPS that had such fun online gameplay.

It was Rainbow Six 3 for me. I simply bought it because I liked the cover art and remembered going to the video store when I was a kid and seeing Rainbow Six for PC on the shelves and thought it looked really cool with the masks and special ops feeling. I hallucinated when I first heard the voices of the other players, and thought, "this is the future". Now I never use my Headset.

A couple days later, I really wanted True Crime: Streets of L.A. so I returned RS3, big mistake, True Crime sucked balls for the most part compared to GTA, still some satisfying shootouts and clunky but well-animated combat.

On Xbox 360, the two games I got with my Core (no more Premiums in the stores) were Perfect Dark Zero and Call of Duty 2. Can't remember which one I tried first but think it was PD0.

Halo 2.What a game.

Lost Planet. It was actually kinda fun, but everybody just lobbed grenades (I believe you could hold 15 frags), and it was a race for the nearest MEC. Good fun, though.

Call of duty 4 at a friends house. It was so fun, I got an xbox for myself.

PGR 3followed very shortly by G.R.A.W got them bundled with my console

I got my 360 at launch so the first game i played on live was prob call of duty 2.

Gears 1. Thinking back then ohh how I was such a noob back then.

Call of Duty 3 when it came out i had Call of Duty 2 as a launch title But like 3 more for vehicles . it was fun me and my friends would play the Hell out of Capture the Flag Good times .

Halo 2 (2004) was the first game I ever played online.

Return to Castle wolfeinstein on origianal xbox.

It was so addictive I stayed up to 3am and I had to work at 8am, lol
