shivering isles/oblivion bug

i remember hearing a while ago about a bug that occured when the shivering isles expansion was installed. i don't really know what it was but i have the 360 version of oblivion and i was just wondering if that bug was fixed or not.

if I remember correctly I think it was you had to be logged into Live to play it with Shivering Isle, don't remember any other bugs. Dont know if they fixed it.
