I want to clone my Xbox One X 1TB hard drive to a new 2TB SSD while ensuring that I can use the full 2TB of space.

My initial attempt resulted in 1TB being unallocated and inaccessible.

How can I successfully clone the drive and retain all my games with the full 2TB capacity?
