I already have The Witcher 2. And I plan on getting Tales of Vesperia, Minecraft, Blue Dragon and The Lost Odyssey. I'm impressed with the amount of great rpg's on the xbox that are not on the ps3 (and that's coming from a ps3 owner for 4 years. I'd say the xbox has ps3 beat in rpg's considering ps2 beat everyone in rpg's last gen)

What other rpg's can you recommend me that are not on the ps3? And what about Dust: An Elysian Tail? (anything like Tomba! at all?)

The Witcher 2 (as you already said)

Mass Effect 1 (will be coming to PS3 soon though)

Lost Odyssey

Tales of Vaspira

Blue Dragon

Fable 2 (not really anything special)

Fable 3 (same as above)

That's all I can think of off the top of my head. But you shouldn't just buy 360 for exclusive RPG's, there are plenty of great multiplat RPG's for 360 like Skyrim, Fallout, Dark Souls etc.....you would be a fool to miss out on those.

Never played that Elysian game you mentioned, so can't comment.

My xbox came with a free download of Skyrim so im good there. I didnt like Dark Souls that much. How is Fallout on Xbox? It runs like a pile of sh!t on the ps3.

Fallout is fine NOW, because it has been patched so much. It is possible to get stuck if your jumping around rocky areas you have no business being near but you have to try really hard.

There are also a couple RPG's from XBLA that PSN doesn't have. Bastion and Torchlight, maybe a coupld more, I haven't played any of them though but I'm sure they're fairly short since they're download only.

It runs well enough. Bethesda just can't do crap on the PS3, I guess.

I'd advise getting New Vegas over 3, if you're going for Fallout. Better story, writing, & characters.

A handfull on the 360 is better than none on the ps3.

Just bought Lost Odyssey and Tales of Vesperia. Great games. None like them on ps3.

Not their best... it looks like it was rushed to completion to meet a deadline.

I got The Witcher 2, Tales of Vesperia, Lost Odyssey, and Skyrim. The Lost Odyssey is easily the best rpg I have played.

Lost Odyssey is, to me, the best JRPG this generation... once you get past the first city and the action starts to kick in more.

The game had me with the opening war scene lol. I even like the dreams and memories of Kaim. Everything about it brings me back to when rpg's were good.

The opening scene was okay... but the wandering round the first city was just too drawn out... and getting all the dreams for the Achievement without a guide would be practically impossible... there were 3 in the public house for a start.

Loved the ring system in combat as well... shame Mistwalker have abandoned the 360 though.
